MANUFACTURING FACILITY

DynamicWave manufactures internally most of assemblies or subassemblies required to produce TWT and TWTA. The Company's in-house workers perform all inspection, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks. The Company's manufacturing facility is fully furnished for production of TWTs and TWTAs, with clean rooms, chemical lab, assembly, fabrication, inspection stations, and machine shop. The facility is equipped with complete TWT/TWTA fabrication, assembly, test, and packaging equipment, including laser welding machines, high temperature brazing furnaces, helix winding, ceramic rod coating and plotting machines, evacuation chambers, bake-out stations, and complete RF testing stations.
