DynamicWave Telecom, Inc. designs, manufactures and markets a broad line of traveling wave tubes (TWT), traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTA), and integrated subsystems operating in microwave and millimeter wave frequencies. The Company's products are an integral part of microwave test and instrumentation, satellite and ground-based microwave communication, and radar and military electronic countermeasure (ECM) systems.

In 1997, the Company recognized continuing need for innovative, high-performance TWTs and TWTAs and made a strategic decision to purchase commercial/instrumentation traveling wave tube and amplifier product line from Hughes Electron Dynamics Division in Torrance, California, the globally recognized leader in the TWT industry. DynamicWave has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that houses engineering, production, sales and marketing, and administrative offices under one roof.

DynamicWave possesses proven products and a solid customer base. As a successor to world-renown Hughes 8000H Series Instrumentation TWTAs, the Company offers its customers decades of TWT/TWTA design and manufacturing experience. DynamicWave's technical staff include many specialists in design, development, and manufacture of TWT/ TWTA, many of them with over 20 years of technical experience in the industry. The Company continues to produce the same, field-proven, Hughes-designed TWT/TWTA models that have won worldwide recognition for their quality and reliability. These products are produced using the same equipment, processes, and technical know-how as Hughes EDD did previously.

DynamicWave has also inherited from Hughes EDD solid customer base and marketing network, including many experienced domestic and international sales representatives and distributors located all over the world. The Company's present and potential customers are typically large system and component manufacturers, U.S. government agencies, research institutions and laboratories.

DynamicWave's goal is to become the premier supplier of TWTs, TWTAs, and related RF components and subsystems for test and instrumentation, wireless communications, and military electronics industries. The Company is a privately held, small business concern with its corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility located in the City of Anaheim, which is within 40-minute drive from Los Angeles, California.
